Important News

Telephone System Upgrade

Further to our recent Patient Survey which was initiated from the Patient Participation Group (PPG) it was found that the biggest area of concern was not being able to get through on the telephone lines.

We are committed to providing the best possible service and as a result of the Survey and to enhance our service to “you” we are installing a brand new telephone system.

This new system comes with many functions with the prime aim to answer as many calls in a far swifter manner by using a  call diversion option. Can we please ask you to be patient with us while we familiarise ourselves with the new system.

Many thanks for your Co-operation
