The Black Country ICB Community COVID-19 Treatment Service (CMDU)
The CMDU provide COVID-19 treatments to non-hospitalised people at the highest risk in the Black Country that have tested positive for COVID-19. These treatments involve intravenous infusion of neutralising monoclonal antibodies (nMABs) or oral antiviral treatments, which are given to high-risk patients who have had a positive lateral flow or PCR test.
