Please return the right-hand side of your previous prescription to the surgery either by hand, by post, or by faxing it to us on (01922) 623023. If an SAE is enclosed we will return it to you or you may like to arrange for a local chemist to collect your prescription on your behalf. Please allow at least 48 hours (2 working days) before collecting prescriptions.
