NON ATTENDERS - 29 PATIENTS DID NOT ATTEND FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR AND 27 PATIENTS DID NOT ATTEND FOR THE NURSE WEEK COMMENCING 25.2.08.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

In September 2007 250 randomly selected patients completed a General Practice Assessment Questionnaire (GPAQ).  The Practice have discussed and reviewed the results which are available for patients to view in the reception waiting area. 

The Government require us to collect certain information about our patients. Please could you help us? Next time you contact us or are in surgery (if we haven't already asked you) please could you let us know what ethnicity you are and whether you currently smoke or not. All information collected will be treated in confidence and only used in the interest your individual welfare. Statistical information only will be forwarded at Government request.
